Which is better for your face, exfoliating or a mask?

1. Which one fades a tan more? Because i have a tan and i know exfoliating fades it, but does mask fade it too?

2.Which one is better to do once or twice a week?

St. Ives exfoliating scrub -- Mary Kay Clay Mask

I have sensitive skin which breaks out easily.Which is better for your face, exfoliating or a mask?
if you have sensitive skin Mary kay mask would help you alot if traps oil that clog up pores .Remember if you have sensitive don't use st ives scrub is to harsh on sensible people use a scrub that uses tiny beads that gently exfoliate your skin without over drying it I suggest to use Aveeno brightening scrub it works great .Remember just use it 1 time a week don't use it more than that it can irritated your skin.Which is better for your face, exfoliating or a mask?
1. exfoliating because a tan is burning the top layers of the epidermis or fake tanner dyes it and the exfoliateor takes off the dead skin cells of the first layer. However you cannot use this every day and don't scrub too hard.

2. You can switch days. Like exfoliate one day and the mask the next. the mask should be hydrating though. An always use a cleanser every day along with what your using that day.

Get both and alternate days. I've used both and I love both. A cucumber mask is good too.
If you are prone to breakouts I would go for exfoliating, but be gentle and don't do it very often. Breakouts are caused by blocked pores... exfoliating will keep dead skin away reducing the number of pores clogged. :) It will however fade your tan more.

A clay mask once in a while is good for detoxification.
both!try the aspirin mask it exfoliate and then use as mask! leave your skin baby smooth

natural masks are the best since it doesnt have bad side-effects
