What exactly do exfoliating scrubs do? What is the advantage and the disadvantage of daily use?

Removing dead skin cells is the first step in revealing your best skin. In order to do this you must exfoliate.

First you should find the scrub that鈥檚 right for your skin type. Good natural choices are made up of almond meal, oatmeal and essential oils. You will want to massage the scrub onto your face with your fingertips to increase circulation. This promotes good skin oxygenation, and detoxification.

Another plus for using exfoliating scrubs is that it鈥檚 good for removing extra grease, makeup, dirt and dead skin cells from the surface. The scrub will leave you looking and feeling fresh and clean after every use. This holds true especially for oily skin types

Advantage : The advatage is that you are getting all of your dead cell out.

Disadvantage: there's none just dont srub your face hard it could do some damage.

They take off dead skin cells. They are actually great for the skin too. However, only do it about two times a week because some scrubs can be too harsh for everyday use. Most people like to use scrubs before they use fake tanning lotion because if you do not it the lotion pools in places that the skin is dry and dead. What exactly do exfoliating scrubs do? It gets rid of dry/dead skin, which causes acne if you let it sit there. Dead skin is bacteria and it causes infection so if you can get rid of it you have much less of a chance of getting acne. Hope this helps!!! xoxo allison
EXFOLIATING SCRUBS MAKE YOU FEEL SOFTER AND CLEANER, BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEADS IN IT THAT SCRUB AWAY OLD SKIN...DISADVANTAGES WOULD BE THAT THEY CAN MAKE YOUR PORES APPEAR LARGER [ESPECIALLY ON YOUR FACE]
they just scrub away all the dead skin and make your skin feel really smooth. its also good for circulation.

there are no disadvantages. just don't scrub too hard.
