What is the best way to exfoliate..is it with a scrub, or body brush ?

Scrubs are great for exfoliating, don't spend too much though as there's not much difference as long as you moisturise afterwards. You can even just add some salt to your shower gel!
Body brushes are also good. The bonus is that they tackle cellulite too but they are far more time consuming and you have to make sure you use long steady strokes always brushing towards your heart.
