Im getting my legs waxed , then having a spray tan afterwards, does having ur legs waxed count as exfoliating them?
Is something going to go horribly wrong lol, cause my legs go spotty when i wax.

I wouldn't exactly say it exfoliates your skin. When you have any part of your body waxed it is removing hair and skin at the same time and by removing it yanks the hair out along with the skin so your legs are going to be spotty as well as any other part of your body that you have waxed.
