I don't know why you would even consider exfoliating your eyelid. It is very dangerous, materials used to exfoliate could enter your eye and seriously scratch it up. If you have dry skin, look for eye friendly moisturizers or creams. That is a much safer and friendly option for your eye.
Your eyelid has very thin skin. Its the thinnest skin on your whole body.
But it still needs to be exfoliated a little bit too because the skin gets dry.
I wouldn't recommend using a scrub or anything that could get in your eyes. Try using a face exfoliate brush of some kind.
