LoL im dumb.What does exfoliate mean..? ?
yes it means to get rid off dead skin kinda like when you file your nails or something but not that extreme of course lol





like when you get a face scrub or something and you feel like that sand or beads in the soap its scrubbing you face to get ridd of the roughness and makes your skin smooth like a baby's bottom lol it works on my face

Process involves physically scrubbing the skin with an abrasive.Mechanical exfoliants include microfiber cloths, adhesive exfoliation sheets, micro-bead facial scrubs, crushed apricot kernel or almond shells, sugar or salt crystals, pumice, and abrasive materials such as sponges, loofahs, and brushes.
It means to remove dead skin cells by means of gently rubbing the skin with an abrasive, such as a loofah sponge, crushed grape seeds, sugar scrubs, etc. It helps to smoothe skin by getting rid of dry, dead skin and letting the fresh new growth skin come through.

yeah i agree with the others it means to remove any ecsess dead skin cells, normally you get exfoliaters for your face and body, they will make your skin feel smoother and fresher :) xx
Make sure if you buy a exfoliation cleanser that it's gentle and a trusted brand as some exfoliation creams can be too harsh and damage your skin.
