i can do you on better and tell you how she did it!!!!
1) wash lips
2) apply vaseline (a lot of it) leave for an hr or more
3) wipe off excese but leave some on
4) take your tooth brush and scrub/you can also use gental exfoliants to do it. wash lips there you GO! then apply vaseline to keep it soft.
