So..i use St Ives Apricot scrub at night monday-friday





Is that too often?

It isn't too often as long as the scrub isn't irritating your skin. Just be sure to moisturize afterward. In my opinion, St. Ive's is the best exfoliate.Exfoliate..when..with what..?
No its not to often. They suggest you do it daily. But if i were you just use it when nesassery as the scrubs can take away all your natural skin oils which prevent spots. So when you dont need a face scrub try something else like a toner or just face wash.





Ive found clean and clear to be the best brand for expoliating products.
