Exfoliate, cleanser and moisturiser??

Okay, so, weird question but

how often should i use all of these for them to do the most good

and

when using more than one, does the order you use them in matter?

i have combination skin (i think....lol) if that matters at all.

thanks all.Exfoliate, cleanser and moisturiser??
you should cleanse twice a day-morning and night, the cleanser removes any traces of make up and oils+dirt, vecause you have combination skin you will get slithly oily and you need to wash that away to keep spots from popping up. the moisturiser goes on after cleanser (usually you also need to use a toner before but i dont think its that important) the moisturiser hydrates skin, basically gives it a drink of water and it is very important otherwise your skin will try to produce more oil. I would advise you to exfoliate no more then twise a week otherwise you will overstimulate the oil glands on your face causing more break outs, and make sure that your exfoliator is gentle!

hope this helps!!!Exfoliate, cleanser and moisturiser??
Cleanse at least once daily, preferably before bed to remove makeup, dirt, oil. Cleansing too much can dry out your skin and cause your skin to overproduce oil and vulerable to damage and bacteria. Moisturize right after washing, so once after your morning shower and again when you cleanse at night. Exfoliate 1-2 times a week. I find fine microcrystals to work the best and is the least abrasive. Leave astrigents and masks for those with very oil skin as they can also overdry your skin.
Depending on the exfoliater you use, you can use them every day to slouch off dead skin cells and brighten your skin. St Ives apricot scrub is really good for every day use. You should always follow the 3 basic steps: cleanse, tone and moisturise. If you use an exfolitaor, you can use it either before or after the cleansing step. Some exfoliators will also have instructions telling you whether you should use it before or after cleansing.
