i still have my tan from summer if i exfoliate will it lighten it up?Exfoliate and tans?

and Stratum germinativum also called stratum basale





The Stratum corneum is the very top layer of your skin that you can touch, but the Melanocytes (cells that produce the skins pigment) are all the way down in the 5th layer, the Stratum germinativum.





So you basicly have to wait untill your skin goes through all of its cycles and sheds your tan away naturally. If you wanted to scrub it off, you'd have to scrub all the way to your 5th layer, and that would be extremely painfull!





Just give it time, it will fade on its own.
