how do you make an exfoliating cream or soap our of household items?





if its not posible whats a good exfolitaing cream you can buy?How do you make an exfoliating cream or soap?
Sugar and honey (for the face especially)...


Use it as a mask first, then exfoliate it away





I heard salt and olive oil for your hands.. I tried it, but it was pretty painful.. maybe I put too much salt.. but my hands definitely were softerHow do you make an exfoliating cream or soap?
Well i've heard honey and oatmeal helps.


I've put honey on my blemishes before but i don't think it really helped and my face gets try very easily and i think it may have dried it out.


I did put some warm oatmeal on my face once. Even though it was gooey and kinda nasty looking on my face it felt really good and i think it helped.


But for a good store bought soap i use st. ives apricot scrub. It works better than anything else i've tried.
