Got this mirco-debrasion kit from boots to exfoliate...but...?

im only 22....isnt this for older people or is it ok for to use...its meant to exfoliate but also reveals younger looking skin or something...but imonly 22...will it harm to use it [its from no.7 in boots]Got this mirco-debrasion kit from boots to exfoliate...but...?
i've use boots no 7 microdermabrasion exfoliator once a week, followed by moisturizer-it's meant for older skin too but it's not quite as heavy duty as a proper micro dermabrasion kit, just like a really good exfoliation. i'm 20 and have slightly oily, blemish prone skin. I find it helps clear spots and stops me getting more, and kind of brightens my skin up-i'd recommend it! Or if you want to use the one you've got, it won't do your skin any harm, but i would say make sure you go easy on it as it's meant for older skin. It won't hurt to use it but just go easy with it cos you do have young skin anyway.





Those kits don't do the same job as the salon equivalent (which remove several layers of the top skins cells) but they are more of an exfoliant. Instead of the micro-dermabrasion you could use a gently facial exfoliator wash, which will have the same effect on young skin without the cost!
It removes the top layer of cells from your skin, revealing the younger, fresher cells underneath. It makes no difference how old you are-its not going to damage your skin unless you use it too frequently. Just follow the instructions supplied and you will be fine!
